ch new recipe I perfect. I was born and raised in the Sand Hills of Eastern North Carolina on a small farm. Everything we ate was naturally grown and produced. We had fresh churned butter, milk from the cows, fresh eggs from our own chickens, and healthy herbs and vegetables grown in the family garden. There’s a good reason why chefs use organic ingredients in their recipes. They taste better. Organic farming starts with the nutrients of the soil which eventually leads to the nourishment of the plant and ultimately our bodies.
