Congratulations to Robert & Demonte🧡! Their orange and white wedding cake was truly fit for a king! In fact, it was perfect for two kings🤴🏾🤴🏾! The cake flavor was Amaretto with white chocolate Baileys and was even dyed a perfect orange shade to match the decor design, which was masterfully executed by Robert and his team at HELP_Houston’s Event & Luxury Planning. There’s a bit of a story that goes along with this regal blast from the past. Upon delivery we were told that cake placement beneath the venue’s chandelier was very important to the bride. Turns out this cake was actually supposed to have 1 more tier!! We ended up having to keep the top tier in the kitchen. If you look closely at the P cake topper, you’ll see it was actually just skimming the crystals of the chandelier😮‍💨😓. No way another tier would have worked. As a wedding cake artist, I just never know the last-minute snafus and challenges that may arise during set up. I have to stay ready to make the beauty happen for my clients, one way or another🫰🏽🙌🏽.
