I’m so proud to announce the last big push of the year for Manna Breads has arrived in the form of the Manna Fund. Thanks to the overwhelming support from everybody in the Charlotte area this summer, we were able to save a substantial portion of our proceeds. Proceeds that will now be put towards providing consistent care packages to dozens of families in need through the beginning of next year. At times like these, I always like to emphasize the importance of the everyone that has helped us get here. This is no different. Without the support of you all, nothing shown here would have been remotely possible. Thank you❤️

Some lovely pictures from this weeks first batch of Sourdough. I’m so happy with how they turned out. Absolutely perfect oven spring. I’ve devoted a crazy amount of time to these sourdough loaves over the last few days, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations and made it all worthwhile. I’ll only be able to sell 4 per week, but have added them to the product line on mannabreads.com. Only 4 per week. When they’re gone, they’re gone. @ Manna Breads

Beautiful! After a lot of hard work and troubleshooting, I finally hit the nail on the head with this Sourdough loaf that tastes just as good as it looks. I’m sure a lot of you have seen my progression all the way from the first day of starting my sourdough culture and boy has there been a lot of progression. Hopefully with some tweaking to this very intensive process I’ll be able to make Sourdough available on my store. Let me know what you think. @ Manna Breads
