Although we are currently not taking any orders due to Covid-19, during this quarantine I have taken the time to test manyyyyy macaron recipes to see if I can find the right one. Conclusion: I have not. 😩 Today I tried two recipes, one gave me a hollow shell with nice feet, and the other gave me much smaller feet but a full macaron🤦🏻‍♀️😬. Currently letting it “mature” over night and we’ll see how they turn out🤞🏻. This is the reality of baking😴. (You can also see I tried making a fun “tie dye” effect😁 I think 2 colors work best) Hopefully by the end of quarantine I will have somewhat mastered this difficult cookie😁

Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone and thank you all for the support. But Valentine shouldn’t be just today. Everyday should be a special day. I have an extra cake available for $55. Pick up or deliver to the surrounding Charlotte/Concord area. But I will be in Hickory tomorrow if interested and can deliver it at no additional charge.
