Made in small batches only after they're ordered, each marshmallow is a fresh and delightful treat designed to elevate your moments. I fell in love with food as a high school foreign exchange student in France. Every bite was an experience, and every meal told a story. When I returned home to the States, I knew I couldn’t ignore my passion. So, I decided to ditch my plans for a graphic design majo

r and followed my heart (and my stomach) to culinary school. After a decade of working in kitchens owned by others, I realized it was time to create something of my own. That’s how Mallow Studio by Giraffe Kitchen was born. The journey wasn’t without challenges. When my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s just a month before the global pandemic upended all our lives, I knew something had to change. I moved from California back to South Carolina to help care for him full-time while finally pursuing my dream. My father, a chef in his younger years, sparked my love for food, and now it’s my turn to honor that legacy. Mallow Studio by Giraffe Kitchen is dedicated to the chefs in my family who came before me and to inspiring future generations to find their own culinary passions.

For years, our vegan marshmallows have been a shop-only treat—special order, made with love, and sent your way. But now, for the very first time ever, you can grab them in person at a live event! 🎉
