It has been a very long time folks. I haven't posted since April 2019. Lots has happened in those years. We did finish our relocation in July 2019. At the time, I decided I don't know that I want to reopen. Still not certain.
My husband speaks of me creating "Tiffany's Fun Kitchen". Bake and create what I want, when I want. That does sound like fun!!
This 9" round by 5" tall cake was a delicious offering to the teachers of my son's school. Delicious almond sour cream cake, with blueberry lemon filling, and Swiss meringue buttercream.

Finally, it is much more like around here. Real pansy with on (2"×2" round).

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. The funeral preperations were harder than expected and the mortuary time was extremely difficult, but it is time to try to get back into a routine. We will close periodically as we continue to travel out of state to clean out the house, probate, etc. Thank you for understanding.
