You all have been keeping us busy this year and we are so incredibly grateful!

Our little business has almost doubled our daily sales each day, so we had to make some minor changes to our menu to better serve our customers.

We’ve also recently added an additional member to our team. Jacob has been such an amazing addition to our team. You’ll see him up front ringing up our customers, helping me with drinks, serving our dine in customers and helping me prep our scratch made goodies.

Did you know that EVERY cup of coffee you purchase at Cafe Gilly helps support rescue pups?

We proudly brew Blue Hound Brew. They donate on a sliding scale and focus on local animal welfare through pop-ups and sponsorships in the Nashville area.

Each month, our cafe features a drink special named after a pup available for adoption. 10% of the sales is then donated to the Humane Society of Dickson County.

We also donate 5% of the sales of our signature lattes named after our rescue pups. Pictured below are our pups Daisy and Olly. 💕

Meet Gatsby! Our June Humane Society of Dickson County featured pup.

This handsome boy had an estimated birthday of 10/01/24. Weighing in at a hefty 68 lbs, this oversized lovebug is looking for his forever home where he can play, run and make as many friends as possible.

Gatsby isn’t picky about his dog friends. This sweet giant gets along well with other dogs, however, he is not good with cats.
