What a WEEK at GiGi’s Bakery & Co.!
My kitchen has been working overtime, and my heart is incredibly full! This week was packed with celebrations—from back-to-school treats, to two sweet 16 celebrations, twins turning 6, turning 11, a precious little girl celebrating her 1st birthday, and two beautiful baby showers. There were cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, frosting, sprinkles, and probably more powdered sugar than I’d like to admit. 😂 But seeing each order come together and knowing it was going to be part of someone’s special moment makes every long hour worth it. When I look at everything that went out of my bakery this week, I’m reminded just how grateful I am. Every order, every recommendation, every share, every comment, and every person who chooses GiGi’s Bakery & Co. to be a small part of their celebrations means more to me than you know.
I may be exhausted, but this is the kind of tired that comes with a very full heart. 🥰

Isn’t she ONE-derful?!

Such a sweet spread for a very special first birthday! I loved bringing this soft, whimsical floral theme together with little daisies, garden flowers, buzzing bees, and all those pretty pink details.
This order included strawberry cake with vanilla frosting, cinnamon cupcakes with cinnamon & vanilla frosting, lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting, and vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting—plus chocolate and vanilla cake pops and the sweetest custom decorated sugar cookies to tie the whole theme together. There’s something extra special about creating treats for a first birthday. One whole year of love, milestones, giggles, and memoriesand definitely a reason to celebrate with ALL the sweets!

A sweet little cowgirl is on the way! 🐴🎀

Celebrating Baby Willow with the sweetest western-inspired baby shower cake! This vanilla cake with creamy vanilla frosting was designed with soft pinks, warm neutrals, adorable little horses, cowgirl boots, roses, a rainbow, and that big beautiful pink bow.
I absolutely love how this one came together—the perfect mix of sweet, feminine, and a little bit country without being over the top.
