Hi my name is Jo Welling,

I started the Bake Shop in 2017 as a way to help support my animal Rescue/Sanctuary, Little By Little. I love making specialty cookies, muffins, baked donuts for birthday parties, holidays, and more!

Growing up in Florida, I saw a lot of flamingos at the zoo and state parks. Fascinated by their beauty but also their goofy gait, I was then and remain to this day totally in love💖

Flighty Flamingo just seemed the perfect name for my Bake Shop.
