We will be doing Black Friday a little differently this year, for obvious reasons. We would like to invite yall in to help us clear out what's left. We will be selling a little bit of everything, including tables and chairs, cups, drink carriers, cooking utensil, muffins, Dippy Dos and more! Come in from 11 to 2pm and see if we have anything you may want or need!

The day has come.
After 48 years, The Shape Shop Cafe will be closing its doors for the final time.
We are baking up one last batch of Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter and a batch of regular ol Chocolate Chip Muffins.
The dining room is open.
Entire store discounted!

Emily got here early and made a fresh batch of Cranberry Orange muffins. Yesterday we sold out before 3 o'clock, so you might wanna make sure you get here and get them for the very last time.

As we head into what is now our final 2 weeks of business, we look forward to seeing all of our loyal and loving customers and saying goodbye to each of you.
We will be in the kitchen all week, baking and making all of your favorite Shape Shop items, so stop in for lunch and be sure to stock up for the last time!
Many of our items are freezer sustainable and have a rather long shelf life when frozen, so please help us empty out the store and fill your freezer and cabinets while you still can!

Millie Snyder is an award-winning author, inspirational speaker, and entrepreneur. She has been positively impacting people’s lives for nearly fifty years with her message of healthy living. With her message, she provides the tools for living a longer, healthier life, which produces growth along the way to become the best you possible. To Millie, preparation is the key to success and celebration of life acts as the motivation to live in a health-conscious manner.

From September 23, 1969 to July 15, 2013, Millie was the president and CEO of Weight Watchers in West Virginia. Throughout her presidency, Weight Watchers expanded to 51 of 55 counties in West Virginia, ten counties in in Northeastern Tennessee, five counties in Ohio, and two counties in Kentucky. In addition to Weight Watchers, she also owns and operates the Shape Shop, a deli-style restaurant, serving healthy, fresh, never-processed foods and treats, catering to all those in pursuit of nutritious fare.
