4 years for us on Cannon Street!!! And 9 years since I started Holey City Bagels as a one man show back in 2017 (with lots of help from my dad and during those early farmers market & food truck days). Time flies, so unbelievably grateful for the community supporting us and enjoying our bagels and allowing me to get paid for doing what I love. Which I like to think is to create, our success gives me the freedom to let my crazy mind run wild, and while most of my projects around the restaurant are half done (adhd is so fun) many are on their way to completion like Italian ice and coffee all day, a self serve commuter corner, and pizza bagels at night… stay tuned! Big thanks to our GM and our bakery manager Noah Mick for helping this place run smoothly, putting up with me on a daily basis and allowing me to avoid boring paper work. Here’s to 4 more years!!! Go Knicks!!!! -
