I wanted to share the photos of the cake I made for my daughter Belén's second birthday last month. She loves mango, so I filled the cake with fresh mangoes and mascarpone cheese. It’s covered in white chocolate ganache, and the decoration features Minnie Mouse, one of her favorite characters.
