First, let me say, I have NEVER been able to put it together (proper) in 20 minutes - not even close, but it is always worth every bit of time put into it.
This is a super hearty tomato based sauce with loads of flavor and just the right bite. Although it can easily serve as a meal all on its own, this sauce is served over Rotini. Yes, Rotini and yes, it matters.
