Part 2: The moment of truth! 👀

These cheesecake stuffed churro cookies baked beautifully and cooled nicely, but I was still nervous to cut one open. Would the cheesecake center be everything I hoped?

Ahhhh, perfection! 🤩 A soft cookie, cinnamon sugar on the outside, and that cheesecake center. I think we have a new favorite at Whisk and Waves! 🌊🍪

Cookies & cream dreams 🤍🖤

Fluffy vanilla cupcakes topped with cookies-and-cream buttercream and a little chocolate bar for the perfect finishing touch. These were so much fun to make—and yes, they taste every bit as good as they look!
