The cookies carefully placed beside a birthday candle before everyone sings. The cake in the center of the table during a long-awaited celebration. The sweet treats tucked into photos that will be looked back on for years to come.
One of the greatest joys of what I do is being invited back for life’s milestones—creating treats for a gender reveal, then a baby shower, then a first birthday, and sometimes every celebration that follows. Watching those stories unfold is something I never take for granted.
At Baked by Alexandra, I believe dessert should be more than something that tastes good. It should feel special. It should tell part of the story.
