Do you know what’s in the “bread” you consume? Most bread on grocery store shelves is hardly bread at all. It’s a wheat product stripped of vital nutrients, with gums, synthetic vitamins and chemicals added for texture and flavor. Not in my house!

Pictured here is everything I combined to start my sandwich loaf dough, which will ferment overnight and be baked in the morning:
•sourdough starter
•flour
•water
•raw honey
•avocado oil
•sea salt.
That’s it.

The *only* thing that would make this better would be freshly milled flour, which contains 40 of the 44 essential nutrients needed to sustain human life. There’s a reason Jesus compared Himself to bread y’all! 😉 ✨

🚨 ORGANIC CHEESE PIZZAS, COMING NEXT WEEKEND 🚨

Did you know I operate under the Food Freedom Act of TN, aka: cottage food laws? Well, I do! And, as laws do, there are often amendments made. One such amendment now allows me to sell temperature controlled food items! This means I can sell you CHEESE PIZZAS! (I cannot sell pepperoni/meats as per the provisions of the amendment, sorry!)

As is my custom, I only use the best ingredients possible, which means organic homemade sourdough crust, organic homemade pizza sauce, and hand-shredded whole milk mozzarella with zero additives.

These will be ***par-baked*** so that they can either stay in your freezer ready to bake when you need a night off, or, grab a few for an easy button Friday night dinner. I’ll include instructions on how to finish baking them, so you’ll have a fresh from the oven pizza parlor style pizza in your own home. They’re about 13” which works out to 8 large slices per pizza and will be $16 each.

🚨 NEW PRODUCT ALERT 🚨

Three ingredient flour tortillas!! These are made with organic sourdough discard (which is just fermented organic flour and purified water), avocado oil and salt! They’re supple yet strong, lasting a week or more in the fridge despite zero preservatives. Roughly 6” in diameter. Taco Tuesday just got a whole lot better! Last year was quiet around here—between my “real job”, my young sons, my husband’s shift work…I just stopped taking orders.

This is my first set of bakes (aside from seasonal king cakes!) since resigning from my job and being home full time. The JOY these orders brought me! It’s fun again. I’m so grateful for my customers and the time I now have to bake for y’all!
