This beauty is made from freshly milled organic hard red wheat flour, and is basically a complete meal all by itself. Breads made with freshly milled flour contain 40 of the 44 essential nutrients needed to sustain human life! I’m doing one last test bake today, and will be adding this to my menu for ordering soon!

The humble chocolate chip cookie…only…better. ✨
Butter? From grass-fed cows. Browned. Nutty, elevated, rich.
Flour? Organic, unbleached, unenriched…and fermented—these have sourdough discard in them.
Sugar? Real. Unrefined. Raw. Organic.
Best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever tasted, made with my own two hands! 🙌🏼

Do you need an easy-button dinner this weekend?

🚨 ORGANIC CHEESE PIZZAS, AVAILABLE NOW🚨

Did you know I operate under the Food Freedom Act of TN, aka: cottage food laws? Well, I do! And, as laws do, there are often amendments made. One such amendment now allows me to sell temperature controlled food items! This means I can sell you CHEESE PIZZAS! (I cannot sell pepperoni/meats as per the provisions of the amendment, sorry!)

As is my custom, I only use the best ingredients possible, which means organic homemade sourdough crust, organic homemade pizza sauce, and hand-shredded whole milk mozzarella with zero additives.

These are ***par-baked*** so that they can either stay in your freezer ready to bake when you need a night off, or, grab a couple for an easy button Friday night dinner. Instructions included on how to finish baking them, so you’ll have a fresh from the oven pizza parlor style pizza in your own home. They’re about 13” which works out to 8 large slices per pizza and are $16 each.

Do you know what’s in the “bread” you consume? Most bread on grocery store shelves is hardly bread at all. It’s a wheat product stripped of vital nutrients, with gums, synthetic vitamins and chemicals added for texture and flavor. Not in my house!

Pictured here is everything I combined to start my sandwich loaf dough, which will ferment overnight and be baked in the morning:
•sourdough starter
•flour
•water
•raw honey
•avocado oil
•sea salt.
That’s it.

The *only* thing that would make this better would be freshly milled flour, which contains 40 of the 44 essential nutrients needed to sustain human life. There’s a reason Jesus compared Himself to bread y’all! 😉 ✨

While I’m so proud to produce seed-oil free, organic baked goods, I’m **really** looking forward to incorporating freshly milled organic flour into my baking! I got the shipping notification this morning—my grain mill is on its way! 🥰
