While you’re up… can you help me start a bakery?

The last year and a half has been such an incredible journey & I am now at the junction where we either make this damn bakery work or call it quits. Well, I ain’t no quitter so we are forging ahead, but I could really use your help 🙏🏼 After saving every cent I could from my time baking in LA I was able to order a Nero 400 oven that should be arriving soon 🤞🏼 but I still need a handful of equipment and a garage conversion to make this dream a reality here in NC. Any small gift is so greatly appreciated 💸 P.S. donators will get my coveted choco chip recipe mailed to their inbox soon 🍪 & local Durham folks get first dibs on upcoming test bakes!

Hey friends! It’s been a little while… after months of searching we finally found a home that works for the three of us—me, Matt and my mom. About a year ago we seriously started discussing moving cross country and it’s amazing to finally see this come to fruition 🏡 We are about to start renovating the lower level of the house for my mom & start converting half of the garage into a bakery! Looking forward to getting back to sharing & baking bread for our new neighbors 🍪💕
