I haven't posted in a while because kids... speaking of, my oldest turns 2 today! Of course we had to have cinnamon rolls with sprinkles. He got to add the sprinkles with a little help and they turned out so cute! Happy birthday Friedrich 🎂

Ingredient spotlight - butter 😋

Fat plays an important part in enriched dough. It tenderizes by coating and shortening the gluten strands - translation: extra soft melt in your mouth bread (brioche, challah, cinnamon rolls!).

Schwinnamon Rolls are made with european butter (whenever available) which has an even higher percentage of butterfat. This means beautiful, caramel brown, butter forward rolls. The rest is just icing on the cinnamon roll. 😉
