Firing up the coffee roaster tomorrow for some Christmas coffee orders. Let me know if you would like anything. I have a fruit forward Ethiopian light roast -$13, a Kenyan peaberry whose first tasting note is fruit punch. It’s very bright and light - $14. A crowd pleasing Guatemalan medium roast - $12. And for the adventurous a Guatemalan Gesha with notes of raw honey and orange zest. Definitely the highest grade coffee I have ever roasted and it comes through in the cup $25. All orders 12 Oz bags. I can also make the smaller 2 Oz sizes if you would like to sample any. $4 each except Guatemalan Gesha -$6. All orders come as whole bean but happy to grind for you as well just let me know in the order.

Another fun and successful bake day! It was great to see everyone and thank you for all of your support. Here are some pictures from the day. And the last picture was my reward after 7 hours of continuous baking. Well worth it 😁. Next month if it warms up, I am thinking about making fresh Cronuts and having coffee to sample. I will make sure and give you all plenty of notice when my work schedule gets finalized. Because you are not going to want to miss this.

Menu for the next bake day! It looks like my schedule is going to be open enough next week to have the next bake day. Keeping the menu the same as last time. So try something new or get more of your favorites. Message me with your orders. I can take new orders through Wednesday March 9th. Pickup will be on Saturday March 12th from 1-3pm.
