Cinnamon Sugar Swirl is my favorite sourdough flavor to make, even though it’s a bit temperamental 🙈 It’s all worth the effort though when I cut it open and see that decadent swirl! I love slicing up a piece with breakfast or for a mid-day snack. Rosemary parmesan sourdough about to go in the fridge for cold proofing. Did you know the cold proof is where the majority of flavor development happens? The longer it cold proofs, the more sour it becomes. My loaves typically cold proof for around 18 hours, and I’m positive you’ll be able to tell the difference it makes when you try it 🤤 Orders are open, so get yours in for Saturday pickup!
