Delightful Desserts designed by Chamin Hi, I design and create dessert buffet tables for weddings and special events and make cakes, cupcakes, cookies and all manner of specialty desserts.

I also specialize in vegan/GF/allergen friendly. I bake all types of desserts (cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, brownies, bars, fortune cookies, tarts, pies, etc.) for any occasion--weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, etc. I also specialize in dessert buffet tables for your special event. I supply all materials including the tables, linens, decorations and, of course, the yummy desserts!

Sometimes things don't always work out ... Coconut cake, homemade passion fruit curd filling and whipped cream frosting. But one of the cake layers broke and the cake was unstable and split at the break. It was still so yummy though and we just scooped it with a spoon.
