First I want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! And to all my Jewish friends a very Happy Hanukkah! It's times like these I wish I could see you all in my shop and share my great ideas for holiday dishes and of course bake for your tables! This is the first holiday I am free to enjoy with my family in over 10 years, and as I flew back to NY to be with my family for the holiday I drove by my old shop and noticed my sign is still there. I closed the Massapequa shop months ago and expected a new tenant to be moved in by now. Now I understand why 100's of people have e-mailed me asking for my hours. I will personally respond to everyone who e-mailed me while I've been on this long much needed vacation. In short, I drove across country, been loving Arizona and finishing up some projects I've been working on. Have much to be grateful for, and many delicious things to eat this Thanksgiving. May all of your tables be bountiful! -Chef Linda Lee
