I'm a very small business owner and I take my loses with my head held high. But I pay for this out of my own pocket. My prices aren't expensive and I try to stay and be reasonable. I give discounts when I mess up or inconvenience people. I do what I can to keep my customers happy. I take criticism on the chin and try to do better. Starting a business is hard. Really hard. Sometimes I just want to quit. But I love this too much.
With that being said, sorry for any inconvenience. I have to do what I need to do to protect me and my business. So I can strive and get better and be great.
