Good morning and Happy Thursday!

We are fully stocked with our fresh Cobb Salad and Summer Strawberry Salads in the cooler. Both come with grilled chicken!

Also, I know we said that we were done with soup….however we had a large order of lasagna soup, so there are several quarts available in the cooler as well. 😁

Tomorrow starts the unofficial start of our summer season! We have updated our hours! We will be opening a little later and staying open an extra hour as well! (Catering orders can be scheduled to pick up prior to 7AM. Just let us know when you place your order!)

Tuesday - Friday: 7AM to 3PM
Saturday: 7AM to Noon

Also, TEACHERS! It’s your last day, so we want to celebrate with you on a job well done for the school year. We will have 10% off for all teachers on Friday! Hypothetically, say we started offering a seasonal salad in addition to our cobb salad that we currently offer.

Say we offered a summer strawberry salad…

#1. Would you expect to see a balsamic dressing of some sort with it or a poppy seed dressing with it?

#2. How do we feel about feta cheese? Sharp white cheddar?
