What began in our home kitchen back in 2013 as a hobby to feed our own doughnut cravings, Pandamonium Doughnuts is now an artisan doughnut shop creating handmade, specialty doughnuts with a unique twist and introducing these new, imaginative creations to Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. We are also one of the few entirely-made-from-scratch doughnut bakeries in Illinois. Which means all our doughnuts ar

e artisan- handmade and created from scratch during the very early morning hours daily using our own unique recipes and techniques and utilizing high-quality, fresh ingredients every day. What sets us apart from other doughnut shops is that not only do we offer innovative, original flavors that bring a refreshing update to the pastry we have all grown up eating, but we are also committed to using only fresh, real ingredients that are: organic and local when available and of the highest quality. We utilize pure extracts and incorporate seasonal flavors throughout the year. Our doughnuts have NO Trans-Fat and NO artificial ingredients and NO preservatives! We also use artisan techniques and make all our doughnuts from scratch using scratch ingredients each day using our own unique recipe. We do not use any pre-made flour mixes or artificial or "natural" icings that come out of a bucket that contain chemical preservatives and stabilizers many other bakeries use. Here at Pandamonium, we are a committed from-scratch bakery and make all our doughnuts daily using raw ingredients. We roll out, cut, fry, and decorate all our doughnuts individually by hand. As a small batch shop and the extra time to put in the TLC in all our doughnuts, we are limited on the number of doughnuts we are able to produce during the days we are open, thus our flavors and availability will change as the day progresses. Consequently, we do sell out and we always advise our customers to come early to guarantee a doughnut! We NEVER use day old doughnuts and always make a fresh batch every day! As a small, growing business, we are utilizing all our resources to keep up with demand and will always offer as many doughnuts as we can, without sacrificing quality. **UPDATE (Saturday):: for the final time, we are sold out for the day. 😢 But what a way to cap off 12+ years of doughnuts! You all came out STRONG today for the final doughnut day, with the line stretching out well past Sun Singer. 😮 We are at a loss of words to describe how we are feeling right now. But one thing we know with certainty is how much we are going to miss seeing all of you and being part of this amazing community. 💕 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the love and support these past 12 years. Well folks, the day is finally here. Tomorrow (Saturday, 6/28) is the **FINAL DAY* for Pandamonium Doughnuts! 😢 Thus, it seemed fitting to use the only photo we have of the first day of Panda. 📷 We have a HUGE day planned for tomorrow with so many old favorites returning to bid us farewell. For instance, 🍎 APPLE CIDER CAKE 🍎 (vegan) returns for one last time. We’ll also have waves of different flavors coming and going throughout the day, so no matter when you visit there be something special to grab! 😍

Can’t believe we are finally here. Tomorrow begins the FINAL WEEK of Pandamonium! 😢 Our LAST DAY will officially be: Saturday, June 28th. 💕 We’re going into this week with a rollercoaster of emotions as we are a struggling to find the right words describe how we are feeling and all that we want to say. For now, here are how things will go this week as we navigate this unique period:
•
1) there will still be NO more Food Truck service in mornings. It will only go out later in the day if possible. Sorry! Stop by the Store!
2) this week especially, we will only be open until sold out. This has always been the case, but it is very likely we may sell out earlier than usual during this final week.
3) There will be no more preorders taken for the remainder of this week due to the unpredictable and unique week we have ahead of us. This is so we can better take care of everyone stopping by. Sorry for any inconvenience!
4) each day our goal is to stay open as late as we can. Saturday we plan to go all out to cap off 12 years of Panda!

Another wild day in the books as we close out our 2nd to last week! 😮 Only 4 more days remain as Saturday (6/28) will be our LAST DAY forever. 😢 Crazy to think how we are already at this point after feeling like we had just announced the other day. A new week of doughnuts starts tomorrow, which means we are getting closer to the end! 😭 With that in mind, here are how things will go as we navigate this unique period:
•
1) there will be NO more Food Truck service in mornings. It will only go out later in the day if possible. Sorry! Stop by the Store!
2) we will only be open until sold out. This has always been the case, but it is very likely we may sell out earlier than usual during these last weeks.
3) certain flavors will officially end daily starting tomorrow and that will be the last chance to ever grab them. For example, tomorrow (Wednesday, June 18th) is the final day for these Chocolate Salted Caramel. 😢 Most of our classics will be around until the end with a few surprises along the way. 😉
4) our goal is to stay open until next week, but this will entirely be based on supplies and ingredients. We’ll keep you all updated.
