Some behind the scenes of the macaron life!!✨

Probably THE most satisfying part of the whole process is seeing the shape come to life. This is where I can start to tell if I’ve done it right or not.

As I’m piping I’m feeling the tension and resistance of the bag which can help give me an idea of the thickness of my batter and how well it flows through the tip.

🎃THE HALLOWEEN BOX IS HERE!🎃

Something spooky and sweet is coming to The Macaron Palace! 👻💕

This special Halloween box features 4 seasonal flavors, all dressed up for Halloween:

Chocolate — Rich, chocolatey, and perfectly sweet.

Blackberry — Sweet, fruity, and deliciously deep.

Cranberry— Tart, bright, and perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness.

Maple — Warm, rich, and cozy with that unmistakable maple flavor.

Each box contains one dozen assorted macarons, with an even assortment of all four flavors. (These are available ONLY as mixed boxes—no single-flavor boxes for this special release!)

And of course, they’ll be specially decorated for Halloween. 🎃✨ I’m keeping the exact designs a little under wraps for now, but you can expect something festive, fun, and perfectly spooky!

1 dozen mixed macarons — 4 flavors, 12 macarons

🎃 Reserve your Halloween Box today!
Orders will be available for pickup at a designated pickup location on Oct 29th-Oct 30th.

These won’t be around forever, so grab yours while they’re available! 👻
