glimmers of some of the joys in my life who keep my chin high and my heart full 🥲

I’d be lying if I said this last week was 🍑 & 🍨

Between being sick, freak accidents, random allergic reactions, missing my mama extra, and juggling being a mom, homemaker, spouse, and business owner.. life has felt heavy and hard.

But amidst the chaos, I am reminded of my faith. How when everything around me feels shaken and disheveled, Christ is our firm foundation and how we can trust Him with the heaviest parts of life.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” John 16:33 🐝🌾💛

This verse reminds me to lay my worries, hardships, shortcomings, doubts, and fears at the feet of the Father and to just breathe. We are held and heard even in the seasons of tribulations🙏🏼

Hey, S&HH family.

Unfortunately, I will not be attending tomorrow’s market at The Mercantile. I came down with a horrible cold yesterday and it has not been fun to say the least. I guess it was mommy’s turn to catch whatever crud has been bouncing around our home 🙃🥺🤒👎🏼🦠

If I am feeling better by this weekend, I will try to stock our Homestead Hive Stand— as I did prep some things already and would hate for anything to go to waste.

Hello! And Happy June! 🍞☀️🌾✨ Something about the subtle slip from May to June just really makes it feel like summertime.

Auburn! We are back at The Mercantile twice this month and we are SO excited to be a part of such an amazing market right here in our hometown 😊 Menu release for this Thursday will this evening or tomorrow morning! Pssstt.. it’s a good one 😉

Howland! We are FINALLY returning after a long hiatus. We have missed ya and I know you have missed us too! 💛 Catch us there twice this month as well.

Anywho, here is where you can get you a little S&H this month. Busy, busy bees as usual 🐝

The Homestead Hive Stand is going to be closed for the time being unless we have extras from a market. In that case, I will be posting and will let everyone know when it is open. As much as I’d like to stock every saturday, it just doesn’t align with our current schedule.

Lastly, this week is S&HH’s THIRD BIRTHDAY 🎂🍯🪴✨ I am thinking up a neat little giveaway so stay tuned for that!

Hello, S&HH family! 🪴

We will be closed this week. As much as I want to fit in a big bake, we are in the midst of getting our garden planted, tons of property work, tending to the house after a sick wave with our oldest, the kick off of summer with the kiddos, and my nephew graduates (cue the tears 😭) this Thursday! 😊 Busy beein’ even if I’m not in the bakery lol.

I will be back the following Thursday at The Mercantile’s farmers market from 4:00-7:00 🌷

In the meantime time, let me know what flavors or specials you want to see on our upcoming drop 🍞

had their first very farmers market yesterday evening and S&HH had such a wonderful time vending! ✨

I really enjoyed connecting with the community, making some new vendor friends, seeing so many bread besties from previous markets, having my family come visit (we live 20 seconds down the road 🥹), and experiencing The Mercantile is all it’s glory! ❤️

Y’all gave me the gift of doing what I LOVE and we ended the night with empty shelves, a sold out sign, and full hearts! 🥰

We’ll be back again in two weeks 🥖🍪✨ Stop by, grab a coffee, some beautiful home decor, plants, or some delish focaccia! Drive thru is open! 🪴☕️
