I am so excited to share this Dolly Parton cake with you! I was asked to create a cake for a special little girl through the Icing Smiles, Inc. Cassadie is 7 years old and is a huge Dolly Parton fan!

“Cassadie was adopted from China at 2 years old, had a Liver Transplant in China at 7 months old and was recently diagnosed with a 2nd liver disease. Her original wish was to go visit her Nanny & kiddos but had to cancel due to Covid. I’ve always sang Dolly Parton songs to her, she is now her favorite! She loves the Smoky Mountains and dancing to Dolly’s songs. Her cake was absolutely perfect in every way!” -Cassadie’s Mom.

I want to give a huge shout out and special thanks to two amazing businesses that helped me create this special gift for Cassadie:

made and donated the two Coat of Many Colors cookie toppers and they turned out amazing!

created and donated the stunning Dolly Parton figurine! I’m blown away by the level of talent that went into that piece of art!
