Sourdough Croissant Workshop 🥐
I’m opening my kitchen for a small, in-home workshop where I’ll be teaching how to make flaky sourdough croissants from scratch.
We’ll walk through the entire process — from dough mixing and butter lamination to shaping classic and chocolate croissants.
Each guest will leave with:
✨ A printed croissant recipe guide
✨ Fresh croissant tasting
✨ A box of croissants to take home
✨ Confidence to try them at home

🍓🍫 February’s Specialty Inclusion Loaf is here… and I am OBSESSED.
After many attempts throughout the month of January, testing and tweaking to put a sourdough twist on a chocolate covered strawberry, this one finally came to life.
Trial and error.
Sample slices shared with friends.
Endless notes and adjustments.
Paired with a whipped honey butter…
…and honestly? Literal perfection.
For anyone new here, an inclusion loaf is a sourdough loaf that has special ingredients folded into the dough — like fruits, chocolates, herbs, cheeses, or spices — to create unique flavor combinations beyond a classic plain loaf.
This month’s limited edition Artisan Chocolate Chip Strawberry Sourdough is made with dehydrated strawberries and semi-sweet chocolate chips, folded into my classic sourdough for a rich, indulgent, Valentine-inspired loaf.
This specialty inclusion loaf will be available only for the month of February and while supplies last.

A slower week of orders, but one that stretched me in the best way.

I got to try my hand at some custom sourdough cookies for a special order, and I loved the process of playing with recipes and ideas along the way. The double dark chocolate cookies were a brand-new addition to my sourdough repertoire — rich, fudgy, with a subtle hint of espresso, finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt for that perfect salty-sweet balance.

Seven dozen cookies later, I’m officially hooked.
Paired alongside a classic oatmeal chocolate chip, this order reminded me that even the quieter weeks bring room to experiment, learn, and grow.

Grateful for customers who trust me to try something new, and for the slower moments that let creativity take the lead. 🤍

2025 was one for the books.
From late nights feeding starter and early mornings baking loaves, to first orders, repeat customers, and loaves shared around kitchen tables and front porches. What started as a small step of faith turned into something so life-giving.
Between raising babies, loving on puppies, and learning as I went, this little sourdough dream grew—slow, steady, and made with heart. Every order, every message, every bit of support meant more than you know.
Thank you for letting me bake for your families, your gatherings, and your everyday moments. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. 🥖🤍
