CUSTOMER APPRECIATION POP UP EVENT

Good afternoon, friends! I have some super exciting news! After nearly two years of incredible support, it’s finally time for a Customer Appreciation Event!

You all have shown up for me time and time again, selling me out at every event and supporting my small business in ways I can never fully thank you for. This event is my way of giving a little something back to all of you! Not only is this a chance for me to show my appreciation, but it’s also a chance for you to try new flavors! Whether you’re a longtime customer or have been wanting to place an order, I’d love the opportunity to meet and chat with you!

I’m still working on the perfect location, so if you have any suggestions please comment below or send me a message. I’ll be giving away FREE cakesickles, cupcakes, and cookies made by me! There will be a limited quantity of each item. The event will be held on a weekend, and I’m planning for it to run from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (or until sold out).

Updated order policy

Please read before placing an order.

• A 50% non refundable retainer is required to secure your order date. Orders are not booked until the retainer is paid.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full by the agreed due date. Orders not paid in full will not be completed.

• Custom orders should be placed as far in advance as possible, as dates fill quickly. While I may occasionally accommodate last minute orders, availability is not guaranteed. Rush fees will apply to accepted last minute orders.

• Custom orders require advance notice based on availability and order type.

• No design, flavor, or date changes may be made within 2 weeks of pickup/delivery.

• Inspiration photos are welcome, but exact replicas cannot be guaranteed.

• Communication regarding an order must come directly from the person who placed the order.

• Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on location.

• Free pickup is available at Duck River Market in Shady Grove and Club 50 in Centerville.

• Pickup times must be honored. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Failure to pick up at the agreed time may result in cancellation without refund.

• Orders will be reviewed at pickup/delivery. Once accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.

• I am not responsible for damage caused after pickup/delivery including transportation, improper handling, storage, weather conditions, or failure to follow care instructions.

• Any issues must be reported immediately at pickup/delivery. If an issue is discovered after cutting into the order, photos must be provided within 24 hours.

• Refunds or replacements are determined at my discretion based on the situation.

• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to all bakery policies.

• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at my discretion.
