I’ve received so many messages telling me how missed I am and my bread is. From the bottom of my heart thank you! While I don’t have plans to return, I want to share this with you. I taught my neighbor how to make sourdough bread and she has become one of the BEST bread bakers. Her bread is honestly better than mine 🙈😋😋 Get on her weekly order! You won’t regret it.

The holidays are coming up and I’ve been asked a few times if you can buy from me to make holiday meals better. The answer is yes!
1. I’m going to open up orders for the week of thanksgiving! I will be selling frozen rolls (like Rhodes, you’ll thaw and let them rise then bake for hot fresh rolls at your thanksgiving dinner) These rolls are soft and buttery 🤤 I’ll also have sourdough bread bits for stuffing, to take home and make into your favorite stuffing recipe. Hi friends! I’ve taken the last two weeks off of orders…life with two babies is BUSY! Adding weekly orders on top of that has been a bit too much for me. I thought if I started back right after baby boy came that I would find the groove and be able to balance it all. Maybe a good idea in theory but not in ex*****on. I’m taking a step back from Parrish Crumb for the next few months. I love you all and I’m just as bummed as you are!

This weeks specialty item is ciabatta rolls! These super light and airy rolls make delicious sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I’m also now offering a 100% white flour loaf, I’m calling it “country white”. My classic loaf is about 30% a whole wheat flour combination, which adds to the depth of flavor. But if whole wheat isn’t your thing, this country loaf is for you!

This weeks specialty item is baguettes. They are super crisp outside with a fluffy and airy inside. I love breaking off a piece and pretending I’m back in Paris 🙈 my favorite way to use baguettes (if I don’t eat it all first) is for bruschetta, or garlic bread (and I have a DELICIOUS garlic bread recipe, let me know if you want it!). You can even go full French with a Jambon-Beurre sandwich. Basically what I’m saying is…you’ll need at least three so you can try out all the delicious ways to eat them! 😉

I have a few pizza doughs left, and 4 large loaves! Homemade pizza is a crowd favorite at our house. Whether it’s an easy weeknight dinner to use up leftovers in our fridge, or a pizza party where we invite people over to make their own, it’s always sure to please! My favorite thing about this dough is just how well it freezes. I always keep at least a few in my freezer!
