Centerton Food Truck Park will be closed! Okie Dokie will be back open on August 23rd at 10am. Can’t wait to start serving yummy sandos again!

Centerton Food Trucks Park will be CLOSED next 3 weeks while we continue construction and improvements to the park.

We’re working hard on the next phase and can’t wait to welcome everyone back to an even better space!

Here’s a small glimpse of a Day in the Life of a small dessert food truck owner.

Before I head to the food truck, I have to eliminate a wasp nest in our mailbox at home (our poor mail lady was attacked yesterday).

People often see the sweet treats, but there’s so much that happens before those cakewiches, cinnamon rolls, and desserts ever make it into your hands. ❤️

Thank you for supporting my little dream. Every order, like, share, and kind word helps make all of this possible. I can’t wait to share a glimpse of what really goes into running Okie Dokie behind the scenes!
