2026 --> 2021
Here we are guys. The end of this chapter in our lives. There's so much to say about this little shop, but mostly want to say how I am so overwhelmingly grateful for all the constant support, encouragement, love, and loyalty Long Island has shown us the past years. I truly don't think that this bakery would have done as well if it were anywhere else, only ON Long Island. I may miss baking...eventually, but I know for a fact I will always miss the people. The connections made, the stories shared, the laughs and tears embraced. We have been through so much together and I will cherish each and every one of those memories that was created here at 115 Mark Tree Rd for the rest of my life! I truly hope you all stay connected with me. I want to see those pictures of babies and pets, of milestones and growth. Please don't forget about me! This was an amazing journey and I am so happy I took a risk and did it! Be well, believe in yourself, and never give up. Love you all so very much!

As we move into our last weeks at the the shop, we are getting so many fun requests! As I would love to try and accommodate every single one of these, unfortunately I am running low on colors and garnishes. Please know I will do my best to make everyone happy, but options, sizing, customizations, and flavors will be limited. If you want to secure a cake with us, its best to stick to whites, peach, or pinks. If youd like to secure macarons with us, we have what we have in the case for specific flavors, but we will sell out so please keep that in mind. Drop any questions you have below. Thanks guys!
