been a little MIA over here for a while….but we’re back with exciting news!!

🐓WE’RE OPENING AND EGG/FARMSTAND!🐓

thanks to our chickens who lay enough eggs to share with you guys we put this up

This will be open at anytime being a self serve where you can find quick grab and go snacks/drinks, and many freezer items that are good for breakfast lunch or supper!

We will be adding items over the next couple weeks 🙂

We are accepting orders for pick up anytime after 8 am Saturday!

INFLAMMATION:

something that was a major side effect of my diet. I never truly understood what it was until now. for years I felt bloated after nearly everything I ate. even when I thought I was eating healthy, there were soo many bad ingredients in everything at the time. once i began eating sourdough i realized I could change that.

my whole body would/does swell up from all things dairy and gluten and seed oils. Switching to homemade alternatives where i knew what was in my ingredients nearly instantly cleared up all my inflammation.

i began paying attention to when my mind and gut (since they’re connected) got irritated with what I ate. Noticing what caused the issues and shifting wasn’t easy, BUT seeing that I could recreate options that left me satisfied and tasted good has been so amazing!

a little something that’s been put on my heart this week and wanted to share

along with all this being said there is going to be a reface to 5 Loaves and what we do🙂

focusing on where I feel God leading me to go and being so excited for the next chapters in store….stay tuned to see what’s to come
