one of my favorite things to do to reset the nervous system & help with inflammation☺️ (and of course drinking my favorite electrolytes)
my sourdough journey has really brought me down the rabbit hole the past couple years and i couldn’t the more thankful for that
Realizing all the inflammation i was having was due to gut issues/ my diet, has been the biggest eye opener for me
I went from having an upset stomach, which then led to an irritated mind, after almost anything I ate. I would get so frustrated why my gut couldn’t be at peace with anything I ate
I decided to try sourdough simply out of my joy for baking, and it has completely changed my lifestyle for the better
i was able to eat pancakes, something I loved but stopped eating, and I could eat them with no gut issues. that brought me to pay attention what I put in my body, then to what goes on my body, and now to what is around me.
sourdough was the first big game changer I had when it came to solving these issues completely on my own. that then led me to seed oils, toxins, lymphatic drainage, and the list goes on. this is just one of the extra things I have loved to incorporate on this jounrey
