SAVE THE DATE!!!! Boardwalkfest is kicking off next week - you can meet me there, live and in living color, on Friday from 4p-8p! I'm very excited to speak with you all in person! Because it is such a special occasion, I plan on doing something out of the ordinary for me: transforming some of my cupcakes into cookies!!! These freshly picked cherries have been transformed into homemade preserves, which will be featured in a new creation, "Cherry White Chocolate Chip Cookies"! One time only at Boardwalkfest, Friday, 07/21! See you there!

Every time I scroll through my photos trying to find scenic pictures from family vacations for these posts, I am again reminded of how amazingly, abundantly I have been so blessed. In order to find these pics, I get to scroll through memory lane, and remember moments of my children growing up, and those moments that will never be forgotten from vacations and adventures from "stay-cations". I have a home, a family, and above all, I am counted among others to form the Bride of Christ! Completely undeservingly, He continues to walk with me, and refuses to let me go! He holds His hand out to those broken, in chains, offering healing and freedom - and so much "chesed": grace. He makes the rain fall on the righteous and the unrighteous. He is good to all His creation. And He is worthy to be praised! I am hoping to cultivate a thankful heart this Sabbath...I have so much to be thankful for. I hope you will join me in doing the same.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight this week's "Three Sisters" - I wanted to capture the beauty and essence of my mother's daughters for her - I couldn't wish for better sisters than I had both growing up, and now as we are all adults. I also, ironically, have 3 best friends who have walked with me through what seems like the impossible...and what a beautiful kaleidoscope we make as we all stand together as women of faith, continuing to seek God, represent Christ well, and be filled with the Holy Spirit! I would not be who I am today, this very moment, without every one of you loving me to this point in my journey. I bake cupcakes, sure, you all move mountains with your prayers, and lift me up to heaven through your continued encouragement and inspiration. It is my hope that my three daughters will be blessed by each other, as well as those whom they choose to surround themselves with, as much as you all have blessed me - far beyond what I deserve, and well beyond measure! The Three Sisters is a caramel sponge, filled and frosted with a brown sugar cinnamon buttercream, and topped with a white chocolate honey drizzle! I'll let you guess which addition to the whole you are represented by 🥰

This week's flavors are "Family Favorites". That's right, I allowed those closest to me choose their favorites for you all to try! But be ready for next week's flavors...those will be chosen by YOU! Based on your comments, I will take the top 4 popular flavors, according to you all, and that will be next week's line-up!! Alright, alright, I know - get to the flavors for this week already!

"Joy's Little Monster": Peanut butter sponge swirled with oats, mini chocolate chips, and mini m&Ms, frosted with vanilla buttercream, topped with mini M&Ms
"Unicorn Fairy-Tales": funfetti sponge, blueberry buttercream filling, frosted with a strawberry-mango swiss meringue, topped with sprinkles
"Three Sisters": caramel sponge, filled and frosted with brown sugar cinnamon buttercream, and topped with a white chocolate honey drizzle
"Risa's World": Chocolate sponge with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and sprinkles swirled throughout, frosted with brownie batter buttercream, and topped with mini chocolate chips and sprinkles
