i looked all over for a recipe i wanted and i could not find one! i knew how i wanted these to come out so.. i made it up 🫢 i’m so happy with how these came out and even happier knowing the customer loves them!!

happy wednesday, everybody!

on march 10th, i made my first sale. a co-worker gave me $12 for pan of snickerdoodle blondies and i was ecstatic! i never thought somebody would actually pay me for doing something i love.
here we are, less than 2 months later. i have sold dozens of cupcakes, tons of cookies & a bunch of bread. i’ve made new friends & i’ve connected with old ones. i’ve been able to share a piece of me in selling my baked goods. not only do i have my family pushing me to go harder, i have all of you.

there’s a lot going on behind the scenes- including some price changes. these small changes will help me cover all my expenses in the baking business. this includes a stand mixer, legal fees & ingredients. i’m one person & im doing everything i can to make sure everything you’re getting is of the best quality.

i need you all to know just how thankful i am for each of you. all the support is overwhelming & i’m very grateful ❤️

i’ll be on vacation this coming week but i’ll be back on May 8th with an announcement & some improvements!

they asked for a dozen vanilla cupcakes w a light green vanilla buttercream & a dozen raspberry filled lemon cupcakes with lemon buttercream. i was told they were both a big hit. 😉

i’ve been so busy in the kitchen, i’ve been neglecting my plants a little bit 😅 i finally spent some time with them today watering, fertilizing & propagating!! i love seeing new roots grow 😻
friday night, i got the news the plant i’ve been waiting for since the beginning of march was finally in and had my name on it! my new string of turtles is going to fit in perfectly ❤️

after the busy easter weekend, i avoided the kitchen for two full days but got right back at it this morning. i’ve been baking for the last 6 hours or so and somehow, these four lemon raspberry cupcakes are the only thing i’ve got left over!

i’ll be making some snickerdoodle bars this evening along with cookies & cream cupcakes 🤩
