Oviedo! Thank you very much for the warm welcome. We could not be more grateful for the people who have supported us over the last month.

Since this is our first official post we would like to share some information:

📍We are located at 2960 W State Road 426 #1070, Oviedo, FL 32765

📖 Alitte about us: our bakery in corona queens started in 1901, my father and uncle got involved in the late 70s and have been running it ever since. Right after covid, me and my brother came down and opened our first location in Celebration, Florida and we actually just celebrated our 2 year anniversary there.

January 16th we took over Circostas. Being in the restaurant business for so long George decided it was best that he got out and focus on his health and personal life.

🥯 About our bagels: Our bagels are par boiled (which means about 70% of the way done) in New York and shipped down to us. We finish the bake at our location. So you’re getting that famous New York water and a fresh bagel.

✍️ To address some concerns:
-We default to toasting our bagels. After taking 2 years worth of orders we found that about 87% of our customers were wanting their bagels toasted. So we found it safe to assume a majority of people would like that way so we made it the default. However, if you’ve been in you know they we always ask. And if you do not like it toasted you can always say “not toasted”

-Our bagels are always fresh. Our product is started in New York, boiled 70% of the way and finished down in Florida. Since it still has some baking left it comes out hot and soft.

🔮Looking forward:

-We will be rolling out our website in the next week or so, which will have online ordering and our full menu. More info to come

-The wait is finally over, we got our flat top in and l are now serving lunch sandwiches

-Our news hours will be updated starting the first week of March, we will be open 7 days a week from 7 am to 2 pm

Again thank you for continued support! And in appreciation of you guys for this upcoming weekend (March 2nd and 3rd, 2024) only when you buy a bakers dozen bagels you get a free 8 oz cream cheese!

Big news from the owners of the celebration location!

As of this month Celebration is completely independent from all other locations!

Originally our prices were agreed on when we bought this location but now that we are independent we are happy to announce price DECREASES!

We are continuing to use the same products you’ve come to love, just at a better price!
