Pecan Pie Muffins are finished.
1 cup of light Brown sugar packed, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 2 cups chopped pecans. Mix together and add 2/3 cup soft butter and two eggs beaten to mixture. Recipe is PERFECT as is.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes for twelve regular size and 10 to 12 minutes for miniature. First got this recipe from Shabby Chicks

**Make sure to grease the pan good and let them cool thoroughly before removing by running a knife around the edge. "
