Valentines Day is just around the corner and of course my mind is allllllll about the V-Day sweets!

I found these adorable little heart tins and instantly thought they would be adorable for brownies and blondies. I opted to keep the brownies simple and classic, so they are a double chocolate brownie with a super soft and dreamy vanilla buttercream frosting. The blondie I wanted to dress up a little that says Valentines Day for those who don’t like chocolate. This is a strawberry blondie with the same soft and dreamy vanilla buttercream but topped with my famous strawberry crunch topping.

I’m creating the perfect cookies for the 4th of July 💥! It’s the Red, White and Blue.

Here’s the RED:

It’s a beautiful strawberry 🍓buttercream sugar cookie with the softest, creamiest buttercream made with chunks of juicy and sweet strawberries. As always, I only use quality real butter and cream in my buttercream. These beauties are the cookie version of strawberry shortcake! 🤩 Not too sweet. It’s quite delightful. 😍

When I was little, my mom used to put her left over frosting in between two pieces of graham crackers and then store them in the freezer. When I became a mom, i did the same thing. Matter of fact my grown up kids still ask for them! I love the memories this little treat gave me as a child and one that I have given to mine.

It hit me the other day, what if I elevate it a little bit? What if I dip them in chocolate? 🍫. Today I had extra vanilla and chocolate frosting, so I went for it! I made a little bit of my peanut butter frosting with some of my vanilla and created 3 flavors. Guess what? They are INCREDIBLE! Soooooo yummy!

Did your mom ever make these for you? If so, did you love them too?!! If so, you need to try and dip them in chocolate! The peanut butter ones are my favorite!
