A little preview of a mini print on a tiny egg! Our crepes are made from scratch, using whole ingredients! And don’t worry if you don’t eat eggs or dairy… we’ll have a limited amount of vegan batter whipped up daily! Can’t wait to see you when we open… more info coming soon!

Wow! Words cannot describe how grateful we are for all of the support we had going into our very first Strawberry Fest! This post is a HUGE thank you to all of our family and friends that made this weekend possible! Every single person that was there helped us run efficiently, create a fun experience and most importantly create great food and drinks for our customers! Also, a HUGE shout out to the Festivals of Cedarburg team!!! You were absolutely awesome helping us navigate the ins/outs of it all!

Just 1 week away… Pompette’s first Strawberry Fest! We are working hard to make it a memorable experience full of good food and good wine! While we are not fully open yet, we are excited to set up our big tent right outside our front door, please stop by and say “hi”! Here’s a little sneak peak at one of our favorite crepes we will be featuring… a strawberry cheesecake crepe with handmade salted shortbread crumble…. Can’t wait to see you there!
