BakedDelights by Jaylee Baked Delights by Jaylee 🍪 Experienced family baking inspired by my great-grandma Delight. From scratch, small batches in Cedar Rapids, IA. No trends, No fads.

Just homemade baking. Primarily cookies, breads and other treats. Hello! I am Jaylee and I have been baking since I was a teenager. Over the years, with time and practice, I have begun to perfect my skills in the kitchen. Baking is something that I have always felt passionate about and I love sharing my gift of creating delicious treats. My passion for creating my own baking business began with my great-grandma Delight. I spent so much time baking several dozen cookies for her almost every week - and she loved all of them. Her joy and encouragement inspired me to create a business focused on real ingredients, honest recipes, and quality you can taste. My sole intention is simple and authentic baking to share with others.

The secret behind our scratch-made cookies? Fresh ingredients every single step of the way! 🍪✨

For our last-minute Amana Oktoberfest prep (last week) I made fresh brown sugar 3 separate times across 2 bake days!
We keep things truly small-batch—juggling 4 mixing bowls and 2 mixers—before combining the dough into one giant bowl to start hand-scooping cookie balls!

No shortcuts, no boxed mixes, just real, fresh baking made with love in Cedar Rapids. ❤️

Did you catch us at Oktoberfest last weekend? Drop a 🍪 in the comments if you grabbed a batch!
