Zebra Finch Macarons has been approved for a booth at Iowa City Pride this coming Saturday! We're super excited to be at this event again this year and are baking LOTS of macarons to celebrate, including our Rainbow Vanilla Pride special!

We will be in the Ped Mall starting at noon this year, and the weather looks like it's going to be a lot nicer than last time! Stop by and say hi and celebrate Pride with us!! 🏳️‍🌈

Back at NewBo City Market with a brand new macaron shape today! These are not chicken flavored (my apologies to my savory macaron fans )🍗

I did a sort of play on a chocolate caramel egg: these have a whipped chocolate ganache with a hint of espresso with a homemade dulce de leche center.

Here's what's is on the menu today:
