It’s always great to see you all here in the café inside of the Collins Community Credit Union building at 1800 1st Ave. NE.; great to receive your orders via Grubhub, DoorDash, or our website for shipping; or even cooler when you roll up to or drive-up window in the first lane attached to the building!

It’s a new work week and a new school week for many of us… let’s start with some sustenance made from the 🩷

🕰️ Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm (offering earlier hours by request, but not seeing anyone “earlier”)

🩷 🎉 New day. New opportunities. Fresh food made to order. Yummy baked goods made daily. Smiles served with every order. 🩷🙌🏾

INSIDE the COLLINS Community Credit Union building at 1800 1st Ave NE

Drive-thru all day, but ONLY from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 5:00pm to 6:00 because the building is only open when the credit union is open.

Good morning! There’s a little girl that never thought when she moved with her parents from the south side of Chicago, IL to Cedar Rapids, IA that so many people would know her by her nickname… that so many people would enjoy family recipes that she had left behind with her grandma, cousins and aunts… or that she an her mom would share family dessert recipes with the world.

She didn’t fit in and people reminded her of that.

She had a baby at 16 and people told her that would ruin her life.

She went to college and got some degrees. Worked in HR, transcription, HIPAA compliance and IT for years, but still didn’t fit in so she made her own little business. She’s trying to make a thrive and grow. She’s trying to make her family and the younger version of herself proud.

She is me!
