Cleaned the sheet pans without chemicals!

Put the oven on self cleaning (or 500 degrees F) for 3 hrs with pans upside down on the racks. Just wash as normal and you have like-new pans!

I have only tried this with industrial strength bakery pans and can not recommend for thinner pans or coated such as non-stick or ceramic.

Here are the before and after results.
