County Line Acres LLC In-home bakery specialties: sourdough, artisan bread, donuts, stuffed pretzels, freeze-dried treats! Our in-home bakery is located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

My husband works full-time for the Army National Guard and I am a full-time teacher, so we operate our microbakery from our home here in Cedar Rapids. We have our market garden for produce in Guttenberg, Iowa which is the hometown we grew up in. If there is something that you are looking for, let us know as I am always open to trying new things! We specialize in bread, numerous sourdough, and artisan loaf flavors.

And then I also absolutely hate letting things go to waste! So I take my strawberry tops and my chicken carcasses and I freeze them all so I can use them at a later date.

This morning was a big freezer clean out and we are making strawberry syrup, chicken stock, and then I will use bananas that we had in the freezer to make banana muffins and then I use the peels to make banana syrup!
