Since the tender age of 12, Belgium native, Evelyne Leedy has had a passion for baking. Following that passion in the 1980 's Evelyne acquired more culinary skills and techniques working in Fine Dining Restaurants in Belgium and across Europe. After moving to Kuwait, she continued perfecting her skills working in Coffee shops for French and Swiss hotels in Kuwait Cit

Evelyne also managed a Daskalides Belgian Chocolate shop during that time. After moving to the States she worked as a Food & Beverage Director in an upscale Country Club and began to bake for individuals and special events,
