This is a 50th wedding anniversary cake I work on for 3 long days. The flavors were butter vanilla! Simple can still be beautiful. A special thank you to my helper I can always count on Mike Chavez. He did the fondant work on the bottom tier while I worked on other deadlines I had to meet! Thanks Mike!

Cookies and Cream….my way! 6 layers of Oreo cake soaked in vanilla bean simple syrup and Oreo buttercream filing. The cookies are all hand painted gold to make this cake extra special!
