We’re soaking up these last few weekends of baking, seeing familiar faces, and sharing all the sourdough love before our seasonal break. 🥹

Hello October - my favorite month of the year! And goodbye and good riddance to that saturated September, you will NOT be missed! 🍂🍁

I can’t believe we only have a MONTH left of farmers markets and farmstand Sundays! 🫣 Don’t sweat it if you still want to get City Knead baked goods once the season is done — we will be switching to a preordering system over on HotPlate! It takes just a couple minutes to sign up and be alerted when we have a drop coming! 🔔‼️

Story time: we had an officer stop down at the farmstand yesterday for some goodies. Naturally, dad went out to chat and Madi went with him. A few minutes later she came back in the house ‘Mom, I just met a real-life police officer!’ 👮🏻‍♂️ 😆

She asked for a picture with him, so we went back outside to take said picture. When I explained what she was asking for because she met a ‘real-life police officer,’ I’m pretty sure papa shot laser beams out of his eyes at her 😆

40+ years on the force doesn’t mean squawk because she will always just see him as her papa 💙🖤🤍
