Surprise! I will be at the Cedar Falls Farmers Market this weekend 🙂 There was an opening amongst the monthly vendors and I have some free time, so why not!? I will be on the same end of Clay Street (South), but this time I'll be on the opposite side (booth will be facing East).

I will have a smaller menu with a limited number of products, so make sure to come early and grab your favorite pastry before they sell out!

Mark your calendars for June 17 and July 15. I am going to be a vendor at the 1st Annual Downtown Cedar Falls Night Markets! These 2 markets offer another opportunity to shop local vendors and to explore Downtown Cedar Falls.

More details to come, but in the meantime I will share the events on my page for you to add to your calendars! I can't wait to see everyone at this new and exciting event!

Back to recipe testing! I've been putting the pieces of this one together for a while now and I think I landed on a winner. Introducing the S'mores Croissant!

A twice baked croissant filled with graham frangipane, chocolate chip brownie, and topped with marshmallow meringue.. all homemade!

Who can believe we're only 4 days away from the first Market of the season?! I wanted to share where you can now find me each month. My new spot is on the south portion of Clay Street, on the east side almost right as you walk into the Market (red star on the map). Can't wait to see you all on Saturday 😀

As promised, here is the link to my special order form for this year! I am now accepting orders with the first available pickup date being May 2nd, to coincide with this year's first Cedar Falls Farmers Market. My products are perfect for any occasion, whether it's a bridal or wedding shower, birthday party, graduation, or just because!

After you fill out this order request, you will be contacted by email within 48 hours to go over details and availability before the order is accepted. With just over 4 weeks until the first Cedar Falls Farmers Market of the season, I thought it would be time to announce a small change for this year. This market season, I will be a monthly vendor! These past 2 years being a full time vendor have been so fun and fulfilling but also very time consuming with having a full time job outside of the markets. The extra time each month will allow me to focus more on the pastry side of my menu, add new products, and finally put the energy into an established special order menu (coming soon!).

See below for my monthly schedule. There is the possibility of additional weekends as needed by The Market, so stay tuned!

I was inspired by a few videos I've gotten recently from Korean bakeries doing honey butter croissants. They turned out so well I might just have to add them to the market menu this summer 😁

I have some leftovers from a large holiday order I baked for yesterday and don't want them to go to waste! I have one goodie bag available for $35 that includes: 1 peppermint chocolate mini Bundt cake, 5 raspberry Linzer cookies, and a pack of 11 macarons (eggnog and gingerbread flavored). This is a perfect assortment for a small gift, something to bring to the office, or to just have for yourself ☺️
