Say hello to Amy, our bakery manager!
Amy is celebrating her 10th year Anniversary at Cup of Joe🎉
When I met Amy ten years ago, I asked to her to bring her specialty dessert to the interview.
Amy brought in an incredible Pear Rosemary Pie. The crust was buttery,flaky just perfect. Let’s talk about the marriage of pear and rosemary was extraordinary. Needless to say, I said you are hired with a mouthful of pie😂
As the years went on, I discovered later that Amy is a wizard of spices and flavor combinations.
I appreciate Amy every day🩷
She is talented, kind and delightful human being that I have the privilege of calling my friend.
